All buildings are of stone and wood, made with typical Andean techniques. Most floors have mosaics and details inspired to the Inca culture. The main rooms have two floors and a private small bathroom with hot water thanks to solar panels, heating and lake view. Are available typical Peruvian games handmade like the Sapo and the table football; other board games (cards, dice, Monopoli and others). The Posada Santa Barbara is located 20 minutes from Puno, one block from the main square of Chucuito, City of the Royal Treasury. Guest access Guests have access to the room , the large garden , the veranda and the restaurant . They can not have access to the kitchen . Moreover they can have access to the Andean Sauna fueled by natural wood fires and local healing herbs at extra cost. With reservation we can organize a barbecue with typical Peruvian food in the garden. Guests can use the washing machine at extra cost. During your stay Me and my girlfriend we will be available to guests throughout the day to provide information and support. Moreover we love to know new people and speak with them.
