Enjoy unobstructed Gulf views from either inside or outside on the huge balcony of this Panama City Beach getaway. Approximately one mile west of Pier Park on the quiet end of the beach. Our unit is on the seventh floor of an eight-story complex. Our beaches are less crowded because this is a lower density complex. This is a spacious, two-bedroom apartment, with 1200 square feet. Free covered parking for one car is available, and additional paid parking permits may be available. We have HDTV cable service in the living room and in each of the bedrooms. We are conveniently located right across the street from a grocery store and pharmacy, and the brand new McGuire's Irish Pub is a brief eight-minute walk. Guest access Guests can access the entire unit, with the exception of the owners' closets in the hall and master bathroom. Other things to note Minimum age of 25 to rent, and a guest 25 or over must stay overnight in the unit. Maximum number of guests is six per condo regulations. No pets. Complimentary parking pass for one vehicle. A second vehicle parking permit may be available for purchase, except the weeks around July 4th. Pool and spa close nightly at 11 pm.
