Hi there, I have a large room in a 4 bedroom house, 1.5 bathroom and secured backyard parking available for rent in central Marrickville. It’s a shared house and number of people staying is depending on bookings at the time (max 4 in total). It’s on Cavey st Marrickville, NSW 2204. Quiet living environment and 5 minutes from Marrickville station, shops and amenities. Pets friendly and a non-smoking house (both indoor and outdoor). The space Please READ carefully BEFORE booking: This is an economic accomodation at budget price, and you will be sharing the house with other guests. Therefore, people will come in and out of the house unannounced including our cleaners, house keeper and gardener. Your room has a lock and secured and we do our best to check that the guests are respectful before accepting a booking. Therefore, if you are a light sleeper, anxious and worry about sharing with strangers, not clean and tidy, not able to follow rules, need to know information about other guests including their photo etc, this accomodation is NOT suitable for you and we suggest that you find other options elsewhere. We aim to provide comfortable, clean and tidy accomodation to our guests at a reasonable and affordable rental price. Please note that we are not a luxury accomodation listing. Thank you! Further, Martickville station is under maintenance and there’s a free replacement bus. As we are close to airport, there’s aeroplane noise from time to time. Information is available on government websites regarding these matters. A fine of $300 will be charge to guests if smoking occurred in our property. - No excessive drinking on the property. Please note that it’s not a party house - Male guests are to use the powder room. The usage of toilet in the main bathroom is for emergency purposes only! - Female guests use the toilet in the main bathroom - Please clean up after yourself including dishes, pots, pans, toilet and bathroom etc after use. - Please turn off appliances including gas/electronic after use. - Please DO NOT iron on the bed. All our mattresses have a protector and it will melt the protector. There’s an ironing board available and please use it.
