Le Boucheron is a locality in the municipality of Saint-Agnant de Versillat located 10 km from Souterraine, a medieval town with all amenities. The cottage is about 15 minutes from the A20 E9 (PARIS/TOULOUSE exit 20). The space This charming little single-story house with an area of about 65 m² (not accessible to people with reduced mobility) is composed of an entrance opening directly onto: • a kitchen equipped with a wood-burning stove, combined fridge-freezer, oven/gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, small appliances, plenty of storage and a pantry, • the toilet, • a bedroom, with its two single beds each with an individual desk/worktop, storage. At the back of the kitchen, two steps lead to a hall serving: • opposite, a shower room with a beautiful walk-in shower (with seat and grab bar), a vanity sink on a cabinet-worktop, a washing machine, a heated towel rail, • on the right, a bedroom with double bed, storage and library, • on the left, a living room with a sofa bed, DTT TV and CD/DVD player.
