In a peaceful hamlet nestled in the heart of the Limousin meadows and woods, come and recharge your batteries in this cottage located at the crossroads of the paths of Saint-Jacques de Compostela (Vézelay GR654 route) and hiking and mountain biking trails. Le Boucheron is a locality in the municipality of Saint-Agnant de Versillat located 10 km from Souterraine, a medieval town with all amenities. The cottage is about 15 minutes from the A20 E9 (PARIS/TOULOUSE exit 20). The space This charming little individual bungalow with a surface area of approximately 65 m² (not accessible to people with reduced mobility) is composed of an entrance opening directly onto: • a kitchen equipped with a flat-bottomed log stove, fridge/freezer combination, oven/gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, small appliances, plenty of storage and pantry, • toilets, • one bedroom, with its two single beds each with an individual desk/counter, storage. At the back of the kitchen, two steps lead to a lobby serving: • in front of a bathroom with its beautiful walk-in shower (with seat and support bar), its sink basin on work area cabinet, a washing machine, a towel dryer, • on the right one bedroom with a double bed, storage and library, • on the left a living room with a sofa bed, TNT TV and its CD/DVD player. Many DVDs and books of all kinds as well as board games are available to residents. The living room, kitchen, and bedrooms are equipped with tilt-and-turn windows, and each of these rooms can be darkened using foldable blinds.
