Guest access Guests have access to the entire second-story studio suite, as well as the adjacent deck, the lower level patio, and the nearby yard. Although the rest of the building is not occupied, the first level has an oversized garage and a home office that the hosts use on occasion. Other things to note Guest Suitability: Traveler's Retreat is ideal for couples and solo travelers. It is not equipped for children or infants. Due to concrete steps and a wooden outdoor staircase, it is also not suitable for guests with mobility challenges. Late Checkout Policy: Late checkout requires advance notice and prior approval from the host. Unauthorized late checkout will result in a $50 fee for departures less than 1 hour past the scheduled checkout time, and a $100 fee for departures 1-2 hours past the scheduled checkout time. Remaining on the property 2 or more hours beyond checkout without authorization may be treated as an unauthorized stay and, at the owner’s discretion, may result in law enforcement being contacted and/or trespassing action.
