Enjoy lake time with the whole family at this peaceful home directly on the water of Lake Oconee! This private lake cottage is located on the lake within a quiet cove. It is a perfect place to swim off of the dock, fishing, or relaxing on the porch. There is a small beach and boat slip available, and 2 Kayaks and water toys are provided. The space Home configuration: Three spacious bedrooms on the main level, and two bedrooms located on basement level. *One king bed on main level, and two double beds on main level. * One king bed in basement area, and two single beds in basement area. * The upstairs includes a full kitchen, a living room with a smart TV, and dining area. Guest access Guests have access to private home - no shared spaces. Other things to note There is a small beach if you wish to anchor a boat at dock. You may swim off the dock, though the water depth ranges between 4.5 and 5.5 feet at the end of dock.
