Villa Mimosa with private swimming pool

Villa Mimosa is a luxurious modern villa in Corfu build in 2024. The villa offers everything you will desire during your holiday. It is located on the mountain with a breath taking view on the bay of Ipsos and the valley of Agios Markos. The swimming pool is heated, perfect for pre- and after season. Villa Mimosa has 3 bedrooms with superking sized beds. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with bath tub. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom. The space Villa Mimosa is eguipped with everything you need during your holiday. Upon arrival you will find a welcome basket with some refreshments, snacks and drinks. Each room is set up provided with brand new sheets, towels, beach/swimming pool towels, soap, shampoo, lotion and other essentials. The kitchen is fully equipped with 4 pit-stove, oven, microwave, illy coffee machine, kettle, smoothie maker, toaster, sandwich maker, spice rack and so on. Inside the openfloor plan living room there is a dining table for 6 and a couch big enough for 6 to sit. Out on the balcony there are 6 sunbeds, a dining table for 6, an lounge set for 6 and multiple umbrella's to provide shade during the hot summer days. In front of every bedroom there is a seat with table to enjoy the breath taking view of Ipsos beach. The garden in front of the bedroom has a swing chair for 2. Guest access The day has finally come! After hopefully a nice flight or drive/ferry you set foot on Corfu. Welcome to this magical island. The easiest way to get around the island is with a private car or scooter(s). it is a very easy drive from the centre to Ipsos. From Ipsos I will personally guide you to Villa Mimosa for a smooth start of your holiday. I will show you around and provide you with some trip and tricks. After I leave you Villa Mimosa is all yours for the time being. Other things to note As a tourist in Greece it is mantatory to pay a small fee per night also known as 'tourist tax'. For 5* hotels and rented villa's bigger then 80m2 it is: €15.00 per night. This fee will have to be paid apon arrival/during check-in at the villa. Registration Details 1341940
