Crooked and cozy on the cliff

Close to everything. Private. Puppy paradise with lots of extras. Fenced yard had to be removed due to septic dig so take note of that The space This little country house sits on the hill overlooking the river. It’s at the end of the street so there is no through traffic making and an excellent place for the pooches. There is also fire pit, grill, and patio furniture. The property is roughly ten acres with some wooded area where there is a short trail that leads to a spring. Behind the house. There are two other houses on the ten acres. One is another rental and the other is where my mother resides. There’s a garden in the common area. A creek that runs with the rains and an outdoor theatre upon request. Very private. Great location. The house is old but oh so cozy. There are art supplies for the crafty and outdoor accessories for the adventurous. Many more extras to be found upon arrival. There are trains that frequent and blow their horns at the crossing. But most guests enjoy them. However let it be known that I have no control over their schedule. And overall the terrain is mostly fields but also there are a lot of hilly areas as well Guest access The only shared space is an outdoor entertainment area and community garden. Only shared with one other rental. Also the surrounding woods and fields for exploring. Other things to note The fenced area was recently removed so take note of that. But feel free to let your pets run freely around the property. I don’t have a leash rule u less you feel your dog needs one.
