We are a central apartment in Midland on an acre of private land. One Bedroom 2 Bed (The Couch is a pull out bed) perfect spot for a short night getaway. Family friendly and dog friendly. Amenities include controlled air units in both rooms, refrigerator, full bathroom with necessities, kitchen is set for short stays (no stove top oven). This is a multifamily home with private entryway, private parking, and keyless entry to your apartment the only thing that is shared is the laundry room. The space Our property is located off of N. Saginaw Rd but we are acre back so it’s a great place to stay in Midland no matter where your activities rely. we have plenty of room for dogs to roam around in the yard as long as they’re attended to. We ask that if they have any accidents, please clean them up after yourself. Guest access You have access to parking, your patio space, and of course your entire apartment. Other things to note This apartment is not equipped for long stays as a reminder please bring all necessities other than toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, soaps, which we provide.
