"BEAUTIFUL FARM FOR LEISURE AND EVENTS" We are in Cabreúva, located between Jundiaí and Itu, 40 minutes from São Paulo and 30 minutes from Campinas. The farm is located in a residential neighborhood 2 km from the city center, with asphalt to the door, and is complete with all entertainment and lodging structure with all comfort and convenience, we have 7 (seven) rooms of which 5 (five) are suites with accommodations for up to 40 (forty) people. WE ALSO HAVE ALL THE STRUCTURE FOR PARTIES AND EVENTS, a full kitchen with all utensils and appliances, two vertical brewery refrigerators suitable for drinks, freezers, normal refrigerators, 5 minibars, 4 TVs, sound with USB input, bluetooth and microphones, *Wifi*, barbecues with all accessories, industrial and conventional stove, professional griddle, tables, chairs, umbrella, etc. For entertainment, we have pool tables, foosball, ping pong, a soccer field, a beach volleyball court, a 130,000-liter swimming pool with a whirlpool, and a beach area for children. Guest access The farm is 5,000 m², and guests have free access to the entire area. Other things to note "CONDITIONS AND RULES FOR RENTAL" Note: After confirming the rental on the website, the rental agreement will be made, in which the conditions and rules below are informed: 1) The daily rate informed on the website would be for up to 30 people, the minimum weekend rental is two nights, with check-in on Friday from 6 p.m. and check-out on Sunday until 6 p.m., and for any number of people exceeding 30, the amount of R$ 160.00 (one hundred and sixty reais) per person will be charged for the weekend. 2) Bringing pets and the use of hookahs on the premises of the farm is prohibited. 3) The rental amount for parties and events will be informed after a brief consultation with the following information: date, number of people for the party, and if the rental is for the weekend, how many people would stay overnight at the farm. 4) Regarding electricity consumption, it will be charged separately. It has been about five years since we started charging for electricity consumption so as not to have to increase the daily rate, due to the great waste and misuse of electrical equipment. Our structure is large, we have about 150 light bulbs, fans in all rooms, we have a whirlpool in the pool and professional lighting on the soccer field, and the vast majority of people who rent for the weekend misuse it, and in order not to have to increase the daily rate, we decided to charge for electricity consumption, with this we had a great reduction in the energy bill, which fell by half, which proves that there was a great waste. How it works: on arrival and departure the meter reading is taken and after the consumption is calculated, the kilowatt hour value will be charged according to the last energy bill that will be presented. The value of the kilowatt hour is around 1.00 (one real), so we present the bill so that there is no doubt. Regarding the amount, it is not possible to know, it will depend on each one, until today the highest amount paid for energy consumption during the weekend was 265.00 reais and the lowest 132.00 reais. 5) Because the property is located in a mixed urban area, the operating hours and volume of the sound will be in accordance with the law of silence, during the day from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. (with the volume up to 65 decibels), and from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. indoors (with the volume between 45 and 55 decibels).
