This place is amazing. First this is brand new, second equipped everything you need, and third its location. We are in the downtown in PALACE DISTRICT. The public transport is in walking distance, the airport bus is 7 minutes walking distance. AND we have free PRIVATE PARKING. It fits for 4 people, 1 king sized bed, 1 convertible sofa. The space This is a one bedroom place, divided by a wall. The normal bed is king sized (180x200). On the other side of the wall is a convertible couch size(140x200). Our place has a bathroom and kitchen what is used just by the guest. The heating system is gas heater. The air condition system is silent and powerful. The internet is optical and 1000mb/sec is guaranteed on lan. The shades is controlled by remote. The TV is smart. This is on the 2nd floor. We don’t have elevator. The stairhouse door is closed opens by the code. The parking place is right behind the main gate. The main gate entrance is 215cm wide.
