Grilling enthusiasts will love the Weber Performer grill right off the porch. Designed for Rest and Renewal Tranquil Master Suite: The third-floor master is a peaceful retreat with large windows overlooking the pond (complete with blackout shades for restful sleep) and a refreshing rain shower. Fitness & Zen: The lower level offers two additional bedrooms. One features a top-of-the-line queen wall bed and doubles as a well-equipped exercise room (weights, rower, TRX, yoga gear). The other has an exceptionally comfortable American Leather sofa bed and a surround sound TV. Sliding doors lead from the lower bedrooms to a covered deck, and one opens to a calming zen garden. Other things to note PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE respect our neighbors by being quiet, especially outside, after 10 p.m. This is a shoe free house. Please have everyone remove their shoes when entering the house. Note that although no cat will be present during your visit and the house is super clean, a cat lives here when the owner is at home. Those with allergies should be aware. We are doing our best to minimize our eco-footprint and use only green and organic cleaning materials and supplies to ensure that we are doing our bit for the environment. Also, we are 100% electric house with solar panels on top. No more fossil fuels!! Four skylights can be opened to bring in more fresh air. The remote controls are located in the kitchen and the upstairs bathroom. And if it rains, no worries—they close automatically! Feel free to use the shades on the skylights to keep the hot sun out in the summer! 🕶️ Five mini-split units control the air temperature throughout the house. We ask you to be mindful about how you use these units and only heat or cool the space you are in, within reason. During the winter months, you can use a pellet stove to warm the main floor and upstairs as well. In the winter months, it's scheduled to go on at 5am and off at 10pm. Extra bags of pellets are stored in the screened-in porch and outdoor closet near the front door. The first/bottom floor and foyer have radiant heat in the floors, controlled by thermostats.
