The space This three-story villa has all the features to enjoy an unforgettable vacation. Located in an exceptional area given its proximity to the beaches, the Aroeira Golf complex and other unique and exclusive amenities of this location. It is in the outer space that relaxation will be total. Enjoy the magnificent heated Jacuzzi, then move on to one of the comfortable sun loungers and finish off by enjoying a meal that can be prepared in the barbecue area. The interior of the house has modern and comfortable furniture. The first floor consists of the spacious living room with comfortable sofas and SMARTTV connected to the dining room. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and utensils. The second floor has three cozy, bright bedrooms, decorated with comfort and elegance, where it will be nice to wake up. The large windows allow abundant light to all of them. One of them is an en-suite, another with two single beds and one with a double bed. It also has a bathroom equipped with a hot tub. The third floor is the leisure area par excellence, both in summer and winter. It consists of a magnificent pool table, an entertainment area for adults and another for children with various games and activities for them, which provides relaxation and conviviality for the whole family. Parking space not available on the property, however in front of it there are always places and all of them free. You can also choose to order an Uber or a Taxi that are readily available and accessible to take you wherever you want. The villa offers a zen and relaxing environment for families and groups working remotely. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house except for the garage, and there is parking space available in front of the house.
