Discover your perfect group retreat in Clearwater with our two-suite setup! Both suites are ground floor, we live upstairs. The Dragonfly is equipped with a full kitchen, living room, full bathroom, king bedroom and queen bedroom. The hummingbird has a small coffee station with microwave & mini fridge, living room with pull out sofa, king bedroom and en suite bathroom (access through the bedroom). Please note these are separate units with private entrances and no adjoining doors. The space Welcome to our Clearwater retreat, offering two separate ground-level suites perfect for families or groups. Both suites provide comfortable, private spaces to relax while still allowing everyone to be close together. Dragonfly Suite: This 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom suite is equipped with a full kitchen for shared meals at the dining table. In the living room, enjoy your favorite shows on the TV or dive into a selection of board games. The suite has 2 bedrooms - one with a king bed and another with a queen. Hummingbird Suite: Ideal for couples or a family with small children, this 1-bedroom suite offers a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with tub shower. The cozy living area includes a TV, a gas fireplace, and a coffee station with a microwave and mini fridge. The sofa can convert to a double bed, suitable for two small children, but we recommend this suite for no more than 2 adults to ensure optimal comfort. Each suite is private and has its own full bathroom and living area. Quiet hours start at 10 PM to maintain a peaceful atmosphere. Outside, there is a nice little patio with a BBQ overlooking the large yard. There is a firepit and some lawn games which you are free to use. Outside is all shared space with us, the property owners. Other things to note Our home is conveniently located within walking distance of various amenities, including a supermarket, splash park, gift store, pet store, and several restaurants and cafes. Situated in a quiet neighborhood free from through traffic, we're just a 2-minute drive from highway 5. Exploring the natural wonders of Wells Gray Provincial Park is easy from here. The visitor center, your gateway to the park's 41 named waterfalls and deep canyons, is less than a kilometer away. Helmcken Falls, the largest waterfall in the park, is a scenic 42-kilometer drive up the park road (fully paved). If you're seeking beach days or other outdoor activities, Dutch Lake is just over 2 kilometers away where you can rent kayaks / canoes / SUPs for just $20. For biking, Candle Creek trails are a 10-minute drive up a well maintained dirt road. You can enjoy frisbee golf at the nearby ski hill. Additionally, the North Thompson River is only a 5-minute drive away, ideal for water-based activities.
