The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place which is ideal for visiting any part of Kerry. The house is walking distance from the town of Castleisland where there are many shops, supermarkets, restaurants and pubs. There is a nearly playground, pitch and putt course, two gyms, river walk, athletics track as well as many other sporting facilities. Kerry airport is 8km away and the nearest towns are Tralee (16km), Killarney (24km) and Listowel (32km). The space This family type home has 4 bedrooms. there is one double en suite along with a walk in wardrobe. There is then a twin room along with two single rooms. These rooms have a separate bathroom with an electric shower and a bath. There is a modern kitchen come living room downstairs with a separate dining room and also a separate room with a couch that is suitable for relaxing in. Tge kitchen has a tall fridge freezer, a traditional rangemaster cooker, a microwave, air fryer and dishwasher. There is also a washing machine for the guests use and an outdoor clothes line. There is a gated yard to the rear where guests can sit outside when the weather is suitable. the house is walking distance to the town of Castleisland and is a great touring base for all that Co Kerry offers. This would include the famous Ring of Kerry and Wlid Atlantic Way. Killarney town is 24km away and Tralee is 20km away from the property. The Aquadome swimming experience is about 20 minutes drive as is the cinema and bowling alley. The town of Castleisland has plenty of shops, supermarkets, restaurants, cafes and pubs as well as many sporting amenities. These include a pitch and putt course, an athletics track, the river walk, two gyms and various playing pitches. Guest access The guests can use all of the house and amenities.
