A fully equipped kitchen; all the ingredients are combined to make your Burgundy stay a unique moment with friends or family! The space Spacious 200 m2 house completely renovated by us in 2024! On the ground floor, you access the house through an extensive space with storage and coat rack. On your right are the fully equipped laundry area, the games room with foosball and TV, and finally the wellness area with a jacuzzi, a lounge area and a shower. Upstairs, there is the living area with a living room around a fireplace, a dining area for 6 people, a fully equipped kitchen with fridge-freezer, oven and microwave, hob and dishwasher and finally 3 suites each with its own bathroom! An ideal house to visit Burgundy and share special moments with family or friends! Guest access Access is autonomous via a key box, you will find on site a manual of the house and we are based in Beaune nearby if needed
