Lovely ex granny flat in south-east London (Lewisham). Close to shops, market, restaurants. 10min walk to the station, frequent trains - Central London, Greenwich, Canary Wharf. Clean and bright, a flat within a house with your own entrance, parking, kitchen, bathroom with bath/shower. All of it is handicap accessible and suitable. Access to garden. Please note: we live there too, away from you but you will be able to hear us sometimes. 2 adults, 2 teenagers, dog, cat & goldfish (quiet). The space If you have any questions afterwards - please just ask! We’re renting out our self-contained granny flat with large main room, own bathroom, kitchen and side door to the front drive. The double bed sleeps 2, plus 2 in the expandable sofa-bed. If you do book 4 people we would add some charges for extra linen etc. It is part of a big house in Lewisham, an inner suburb of London in transport Zone 2. Very close to varied shops, market, shopping centre and variety of restaurants and cafés. 10 mins walk to Lewisham station, 12-15 mins to Hither Green or Ladywell stations. There is private parking for one car (or two small cars). Public transport is excellent. See the "Getting Around" section. The flat is spacious and bright. Everything is wheelchair accessible - but maybe not perfect. We’re happy to have constructive criticism. It was configured for my mother in law when she started using the wheelchair. It's a particularly pleasant 30min walk up to Point Hill and/or Greenwich Park (with the famous observatory and Meridian Line) via Blackheath. Guest access Whole flat, parking and part of the garden. Other things to note * Please note that the "Dedicated workspace" amenity listed contains the subtitle "In a room with a door". This is not right; there is a work desk but in the main room, not a separate study. * There is no dedicated car charger but there is an external regular power outlet (up to 3kW) that you are welcome to use for a slow fill-up. Alternatively, London is well served with public EV charging stations.
