It’s your home away from home. Two storey apartment (upper floor for guest ground floor studio shall be for host) independent house is duplex and has 2 bedrooms 1 living room 1 kitchen ( all upstairs) Property is fully furnished, private parking on site for two vehicles, open garden space to play n organize private event. It can accommodate four guests comfortably and one living room has sofa. Under modification for access pls reach host prior to long term booking Property has security features such as outdoor camera automated gate. In case you are on business trip, Ebene Cyber City is 5-7 minutes drive by car. You can experience Metro commuting through two metro stations (St Jean and Trianon) which again are 5 min walk from the property. Once you in Metro you can connect capital within 30min and other towns like Quatre Borne, Rose Hill and Curepipe. Shopping mall: The property is located within a driving distance of 5-7 min from key malls I) Bagatelle Mall: Oldest Mall II) Tribecca Mall: Newly opened largest mall III) LA City Mall: This mall is walking distance from property. IV) Jumbo Phoenix Mall: This mall you can reach by walking to Trianon Metro Station and getting down at next station Phoenix Mall Metro Station (so easy) Shopping: All these malls have local and international fashion brands presence. Once you tired with shopping you can enjoy your lunch and dinner at Food Mall where you will have international quick service joints like KFC, Macdo, Nandos local popular Cafe Chains and various restaurants serving Oriental, European and speciality cuisines. Arriving at property: We also provide airport pick up and drop off paid services for guests. Breakfast: You on holiday or business visit or here for shopping only and wandering how to get breakfast in morning after a busy day out!!! Needs to be rebooked and arranged on arrival and it’s paid separately Don’t worry!! we organize paid breakfast menu. Needless to mention we can organize paid dinner services as well. The menu is prepared based on your preferences prior to your arrival in Mauritius and customizable depending on availability of ingredients and guest personal and family preferences. We can also organize trips to key tourist attractions all over the island and make customized packages for you. Guest access The entire property is at disposal for the guest for use including outside common garden space and can host two vehicles out of which one is for guest. 1. Preferred Stay Duration: Our property is ideally suited for long-term stays of 6 months to 1 year. Guests planning shorter stays of 28 days or more are welcome, but any extension must be confirmed in advance. Occupancy: Please confirm the exact number of guests and that the booking account holder will also be staying. Safety Notice: There is a metal mezzanine frame overhead the main house door area. It is safe to walk under, but not accessible from the upper door. Guests must not climb or use the mezzanine. Genuine Booking Requirement: We prioritize genuine tenants and long-term bookings.
