This 1830s farmhouse has been restored and updated to become the perfect ski house or weekend getaway. This house comes equipped with 11 beds. On the newer addition to the house there is a living room, small kitchen, washer/dryer combo, heated garage game room (please note that arcade basketball is no longer available in the game room) and a bedroom with two queen beds and a full bathroom. On the original farmhouse side of the home there is a full kitchen, a sauna, washer/dryer, and 5 bedrooms (2 King, 3 Queen, 4 Twins). There is also a hot tub on the deck. This side also has a fully equipped kitchen and laundry room. There is a large living room with a sectional sofa and a 55" flat screen TV and plenty of room to spread out. Please note that the fireplace/wood stove on this side of the house is decorative and not functional. This property is located off of the Stratton mountain access road about 3 mins from skier dropoff. We have just added some window AC units (effective June 24, 2025) throughout the home which you can adjust to your pleasure. Please note there is a maximum of 6 vehicles allowed in the driveway due to space constraints and parking on the street is prohibited as it's a busy throughway. Pets are welcomed, but please mark them on the booking request as there is an additional fee.
