Our Guesthouses are built to North American standards having the amenities you may be accustomed too, quiet split air conditioning, hot water and many more. Clean and safe gated location with on sight pool and BBQ area. It’s a two minutes walk to our local indoor market Dive Location on Negros Island Philippines. The space One bedroom with a queen size bed, open air concept living room with queen size sofa bed, the space is designed for 2 Adults with children but could accommodate up to 4 adults. dining room table for four with two chairs. The kitchen equipped with refrigerator, gas cook top, air fryer and microwave. Cooking pots, frying pans and dining ware . A starter kit of salt, pepper, coffee and tea are always given to new guest’s arriving. The Guest house is equipped with good free WIFI and air conditioning and ceiling fans. The unit is well insulated not making it necessary to live with air conditioning 24 hours a day. We have a Grilling centre on site with all the equipment needed for a foodies delight and under shelter in case it rains. Guest access The guest houses are separated from our family home by a fenced wall. The resort is separated from neighbours and the street by a nicely appointed walls and a gate. The resort area is exclusive to our guests. No guests or visitors without previous authorization and never during the quiet hours our guests are entitled too. Family on site will be offering for a fee, multiple services from prepared local meals to accompanying our guest to the international grocery store or our giant local wet market for some of the freshest fish & seafood and proteins you have probably ever had in Dumaguete City the main town about 20km from our resort. Other things to note We do restrict guests and visitors to severely stay quiet as we prioritize a peaceful and quiet surrounding. This is not party central. We have appointed our units with the best choice of bedding toiletries and appointments we think you will want and enjoy. However, you are responsible for their upkeep and are responsible for any damage you cause.
