The pool is not heated and does not have the ability to be heated. Walk to local restaurants, hangouts and the grocery store - Shipwreck Raw Bar - 0.6 miles - Lookout Lounge - 0.5 miles - Dollar General - 0.6 Beach gear included - beach cart, chairs, umbrella and towels! PETS WELCOME The home is dog friendly only - up to 2 ADULT dogs that are housetrained and crate trained weighing no more than 65lbs each (larger dogs may be considered on a case-by-case basis - please message us before booking). Dogs must be included in the reservation and the $250 pet fee per dog, per stay, is due at time of booking. Dogs are not allowed on any furniture and must be crated anytime the owner is not present. *An undisclosed dog fee of $400 (per dog) will be charged if you bring a dog that is not included in the reservation and pet fee paid prior to check-in.* We encourage all guests to purchase TRAVEL INSURANCE through the platform or privately. Life happens and travel insurance will help protect your trip (reimburse cost if cancelled) in the event you cannot make it. We do not make any exceptions to our cancellation policy - please protect your vacation investment as we cannot be your financial heroes if you cannot make it for any reason. PARKING: • 3-4 mid size vehicles parked in the gravel driveway • A large boat will fit - please check with owner before booking • A RV will fit with pre-approval from owner • No street parking THIS PROPERTY IS A NON-SMOKING PROPERTY (no smoking on premises) - this includes smoking of any kind (including vaping and/or hookah). Please note - this home has routine pest control service, but you may see a critter, bug (i.e., Palmetto Bugs which are incredibly common in Florida and seek cooler climates when it is hot outside) during your stay. Please ensure you do not leave windows or doors open for any period of time and all food is properly stored in a sealed container. We do not provide refunds for bugs. *IMPORTANT* We expect every guest to respect the home, its contents and follow the house rules to ensure a safe, enjoyable experience. If you are not able to do that, then this is not the home for you. We do not tolerate any type of parties and if you're a night owl, this is not the home for you. The entire house is yours! You MUST BE 25 years old in order to book this home and the person who books the home must be present for the entire stay. The home has 2 ring cameras - one at the front door and another one at the side entry of the house facing the driveway/storage shed - all devices are for security and have video/audio recording capabilities. They are used for check in/out and security purposes and may not be tampered with (covered, unplugged, etc.). Evidence of tampering with either camera will result in immediate trip cancellation and no refund. ! Weather Related Refunds! - We follow all local guidelines and officials’ directions when it comes to tropical storms, hurricanes, etc. We will follow our cancellation policy unless there is an active evacuation order in place and decisions will be made on a case by case basis. Guest access Guests will access the home through a unique door code provided after receipt of a signed rental agreement and completed security deposit hold. The code is provided 24 hours before check in and/or no later than the morning of check in. Other things to note The following items must be completed within 48 hours of booking or the booking will be cancelled: Must sign rental agreement within 24 hours of booking. Must submit copy of government issued photo I.D. The Photo I.D. must match the name on the reservation and card submitted for the security hold. Must submit a $500 off-platform security hold. This hold will be scheduled after booking but will not be placed until 2 days prior to arrival and released 5 days after departure, if no damages are reported. You will not receive your access code until the deposit is scheduled/confirmed and a signed rental agreement is received. This home is a smoke free home and premises. Absolutely no smoking anywhere on the premises. You MUST BE 25 years old in order to book this home and the person who books the home must be present for the entire stay.
