Herrington Lake Hideaway with 2 houses and dock

Escape to your private oasis on this serene lakefront property, where you'll find two houses for the price of one! This spacious and secluded retreat offers plenty of room for you and your guests to relax and unwind, with plenty of wildlife to keep you entertained. The screened porch is the perfect spot to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening, while the decks offer stunning views of the lake. The perfect place to make lasting memories with family and friends. The space This is quite a unique property given that there are two separate houses. There is a dock with an oversized floating mat, flotation devices, 6 zero gravity chaise lounge chairs, table and chairs and two kayaks, per request. The pontoon boat is not available to rent. Other things to note This is a lake house. It may have mud, bugs, snakes, field mice, temporary power outages, dirt, leaves, dust, and fallen trees. You may see a spider or a cricket but if you're lucky you will see deer on the grounds and otters on the dock. Pollen or ashes or leaves could settle on the porch or ledges with the blowing wind. The house is professionally cleaned after every single guest, but please keep in mind that this is a lake house on the outside. All used linens, duvet covers, pillow cases, shams, blankets and towels are washed after every guest. There is Lake/dock access via the abundance of steps and a walkway. Be careful and be prepared, it's quite the hike going back up. When the water level is lowered, you may have to walk on more rocks to the dock so be careful. We work really hard to ensure the walkway to the dock is as close to the stair’s as possible for your safety. We do have a dock maintenance person that will come if the water level changes to secure the dock.
