The space This unique country home has plenty of space inside and out. Comfortably sleeps 5, but space for additional guest. The kitchen with adjoining dining room has ample space for conversations with guests while cooking. Enjoy conversations or watch for wildlife in the meadow. The main floor living room has plenty of area for watching TV, reading and lounging. WIFI access, books, videos and board games available. Rest comfortably in one of 2 bedrooms on the main floor. Each has a Queen bed and each has its own private full bathroom. A tranquil breezeway between the house and 2 car garage is great for relaxing or reading. 2 car attached garage is available for use. Downstairs offers a second spacious living room with TV, pull out couch bed and plenty of room for an air mattress (full size mattress available for use). Additional open space offers extra sleeping options with a twin over full bunk bed and a second twin bed. A full bathroom, laundry area and additional open space with desk complete the basement arrangement. Walk out door to back yard. Enjoying the country living is easy with two back decks. A grilling deck with propane grill accommodates outdoor cooking. A second deck for dining or lounging in the hammock. Covered front porch with seating, spacious yard and shade trees give room for outdoor relaxing and activity. Guest access Guest will have access to the complete house, with the exception of supply closets. Access to yard and driveway. No access to exterior shop or out buildings. Other things to note There are 2 fireplaces in the house but they aren’t in use or available for use. Central air and heat. Lots of books available for reading. No pets. No smoking or vaping. No parties or large gatherings.
