LIVING AREA: The house benefits from a living space equipped with a Smart TV with Netflix and a comfortable couch to relax. DINING AREA: The Dining table has comfortable seats enough for your friends and family. KITCHEN: The Kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials needed to cook, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, oven, stove, toaster, refrigerator, and freezer. BATHROOMS: - There are 2 full Bathrooms and a half bathroom with heating, toilet, sinks & shower with a complete set of essentials, bathtub, Body soap, shower gel, Hair dryer, and conditioner. Flexible & Comfortable Living The main house comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. Travelling as a larger group? We can provide access to a separate guest house upon request, giving you extra space and flexibility. Need specific bed arrangements? Just let us know at least 24 hours in advance, and we’ll be happy to prepare the setup to suit your needs. CLEANING: Mid-Stay cleaning, including change of linen and towels, is available for an additional charge upon request. We want to make your stay as hassle-free as possible. CONDITION OF STAY: To Book with us, please have the lead guest complete our online check-in form, which includes an agreement to our T&Cs and a UK government-issued photo ID or passport. Card details will be collected securely before check-in for a refundable £250 damage deposit. This is a pre-authorisation only and will be released after check-out if no damage is reported. Note: -This property is not suitable for parties! -This is a breach of house rules & will result in immediate removal from the property via security and no refund, your deposit supplied through Airbnb may be used towards the extra cost of removing you. This house is in a quiet area, so after 10 p.m., the quiet times are to be respected. -We have a strict NO-SMOKING indoors policy at our properties. A standard charge of £1000 will be charged through Airbnb when we find evidence of smoking within the accommodation to cover cleaning costs and long-lasting damage to the property. -Any loud music, parties, and smoking indoors will also result in immediate removal from the accommodation,n as we will be alerted via our noise and air monitoring systems located in the property EXTRAS: If you require an extra night or wish to extend your booking, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can make sure the dates are available and book you in. ADDITIONAL CLEANING POLICY: To ensure we maintain the property’s high standards and maximise guest experience, we require regular cleaning and linen changeovers for long-term bookings (14+ nights stay). We operate on self-check-in/out so you can come and go as you please Guests will have full private access to the entire property.
