Cheap room beside golf course

Cheap cozy room with tv. Shared bathroom and toilet. Newly renovated house. (except bathroom downstairs) Located next to the golf course. Just down the road we have the New brighton beach, bus stop (200m) Pak N Save (grocery store),takeways, pubs and city center is only 10mins drive. The space Home is shared with our family with 2 little chatty boys, a newborn baby girl (we apologise in advance when she gets upset) a husky and another Airbnb room upstairs.
