Please do not remove make-up with the towels or washcloths provided. Stained or missing bath linens will incur reimbursement fees. No Draino. Please message immediately for any clogs. Door codes may not be shared with anyone. VISITORS: No outside guests are permitted to stay overnight. Visitors are not allowed to be left in the property alone at any time. Visiting hours are permitted during the hours of 8am-11pm on any day. CLEANINGS: Stays 45 days or more are required to get a professional cleaning every other month. No exceptions. LAUNDRY: Please have a full load when doing laundry. Two loads MAX per week please. Please use SPEED CYCLE only when washing clothes. Please clean the dryer filter before & after each use. MAIL: Personal mail is prohibited as there is no access to the mailbox. We recommend getting a post office box for your personal mail.
