Peaceful oasis on the Iller

The apartment is an extension with a separate entrance door. With 55 sqm, it offers space for 1-4 people (double bed in the bedroom + sofa bed in the living room and another bed, another cot possible by arrangement). It has 2 x shower/sink, a fully equipped kitchen, a TV and a desk. There are two terraces with seating. For an additional fee, our garden can be used with play equipment such as a tower, swing, trampoline, climbing frame and pool. Other things to note The apartment is in an idyllic location in the small village of Au, about 500 m from the Auwald on the Iller. The village of Au near Illertissen has a village shop with self-service and long opening hours, a bakery (about a 5-minute walk), a restaurant and a beautiful swimming lake. The surroundings invite you to enjoy nature with countless cycling and hiking trails and many other lakes in the area. Illertissen (about 2.5 km away) offers the opportunity to stroll, various restaurants, the Nautilla leisure pool, as well as a visit to the Vöhlinschloss with a child-friendly, interesting bee museum. The Gaissmayer perennial nursery with a museum of garden culture invites all nature lovers. Surroundings: The apartment is located between Ulm and Memmingen (each about 25 km away). The beautiful Allgäu is about 60 km away. Legoland Germany in Günzburg is 45 km away, Skylinepark and Ravensburger Spieleland 50 km and Lindau on Lake Constance about 80 km away.
