This tranquil 1,100 sq ft space offers 2 bedrooms with Queen beds and 1 full-sized bathroom, a fully stocked kitchen, open-plan living and dining area, and large office space. Amenities include a 55" flat screen TV, Starlink WiFi, AC, washer/dryer, ample parking, and a peaceful garden area. Enjoy a glass of wine on your private balcony. Sleeps 4 comfortably. Absolutely no additional or unregistered guests. Guest access PLEASE NOTE: Apartment is not ADA compliant. It is accessible via a flight of stairs from the driveway. The garage below the apartment is for full-time tenants use only.
