A beautiful, cosy private en-suite cabin on board an historic 1905 Dutch barge. Your cabin is independent of our living area. Breakfast included. Moored at a unique spot on the water in a rural location. Popular with walkers and cyclists. Rachel loves to cook. Guests often choose to eat during their stay, seeing it as real highlight. Food is served in traditional tiffin tins, a simple, practical way. We send our menus once your booking is confirmed. Complimentary tea, coffee, cake & fizz. The space The aft cabin was originally the living quarters for the captain and his family. Now a cosy, private space with everything you need for a relaxing stay. During your stay We live on board so are always here to welcome guests and offer help and advice. Other things to note A super breakfast is included in the price. Guests can also enjoy eating in the evening- either in their cabin or on their private deck in good weather. We offer choice of three set menus, as well as charcuterie or seafood platters. We ask guests not to bring takeaway or outside meals on board. A few personal snacks are of course fine.
