A bedroom and full bathroom are located on the 1st floor - Your safety matters. This property features 3 exterior security cameras. Camera 1 is on the front door facing the street/parking area. Camera 2 is on the back door facing the deck/lake. Camera 3 is on the back of the house facing the property line. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras record video and sound when activated by motion - Arrowhead Lake’s beaches and pools are open between Memorial Day and Labor Day - This property is located in the Arrowhead Lake Community. Amenity fees are mandatory and not included in the original booking. Fees must be paid to the owner at least 3 days prior to arrival. If guests register less than 3 days prior to arrival, there is a $100 late fee.
