La Boca River Escape

Take it easy at this unique & tranquil getaway with a spectacular view. La Boca is a self-catering home in the secure gated estate on the banks of the Breede River in Witsand. The property reaches to the water's edge, & the swimming beach below the house is accessed by your own private staircase which leads directly off the front deck. The house can sleep a maximum of 6 adults & 2 children in 3 bedrooms. Every room offers water views either out to sea, or across the Breede River estuary. The space The first bedroom contains a king-size bed and has doors opening to its own private sun deck with direct access to the swimming pool. This room has a spectacular en-suite bathroom with a spa bath and shower; but the views from the picture windows here steal the show. The second bedroom contains a queen-size bed and a bunk bed. This room overlooks the pool and river and has its own full bathroom with a bath and a shower just a few steps away. The third bedroom has a shower/toilet/basin en-suite and a queen size bed, it's on its own level and also offers breath-taking views. This room has double doors opening to a small lush lawn and the swimming pool. There is an outside laundry with a washing machine and dryer. The kitchen is equipped with an eye-level oven, gas hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and all the general appliances you need to have a perfect holiday. The relaxed living room with a feature fireplace is open-plan to the dining room with the kitchen is recessed just to the back. The living room contains a flat-screen TV with DSTV and unlimited Wi-Fi. A wooden deck leads off the open-plan living and dining area, which also opens up on the opposite side of the room to a courtyard.
