Private 12-meter swimming pool and leisure garden The space An atypical building with a strong history: Old dilapidated and unsanitary Riad-style building by the sea, it was completely renovated in 2024 in accordance with local artisanal traditions. Seashells and pebbles gathered by the women of the village, ironwork made by local artisans, stonemasons from the quarries of the small coast, reuse of canoe wood and red wood, brightly colored ceramics cut into mosaics, iron oxides to tint the cements, use of red earth and brick claustras forming mashrabiyas: each element participates in an architectural writing rooted in its territory. The project thus affirms the desire to create a local architecture, vernacular and deeply linked to the know-how and materials of the place.
