The large windows offer a view of the greenery and plenty of natural light, creating a warm and relaxing atmosphere. A perfect space to relax after a walk in the forest or a game of golf. ✨ The bedrooms The property has two comfortable bedrooms for a restful night. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with two single beds that can be pushed together to form a large double bed, ideal to meet your needs. Upstairs, there is a bright bedroom with a large double bed, perfect for resting after a day of sightseeing or golf. Comfortable bedding, quiet and cozy atmosphere for truly restful nights in the heart of the Perche region. ✨ Comfortable en-suite bathrooms for each bedroom Each bedroom has its own private bathroom for added comfort and privacy. One bathroom has a shower, ideal for an invigorating wake-up, and the other has a bathtub, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the Perche or playing golf. ✨ Fully equipped and functional kitchen The open-plan kitchen allows you to prepare your meals easily: Fridge Baking sheets Oven Espresso and filter coffee machine Hot water kettle. The accommodation does not have Wi-Fi/Internet, ideal for enjoying a quiet stay and recharging your batteries in the heart of the Perche. The cleaning fee is included, covering the cleaning of the accommodation as well as the bed linens and towels. We would simply appreciate it if you could leave the dishes clean and empty the fridge before you check out. The beds will be made upon your arrival for extra comfort. To get your stay off to a great start, coffee, tea, sugar, condiments, and toilet paper are provided for the first night. You will also find olive oil, vinegar, condiments, shower gel/shampoo, and hand soap for you to use. ⚠️ Please note: The room located upstairs to the right of the staircase is a private space and is not accessible during your stay. ⚡ If you’re looking for a cozy place to recharge your batteries, enjoy nature, and discover the charm of the Perche… you’ve just found it. ⚡ Guest access → CAR RECOMMENDED: To get to the apartment, it is recommended to come by car. However, you can come by taxi from Nogent le Rotrou station (Paris Line) or Ferté Bernard. → THE LITTLE EXTRAS: You will have access to the Golf Green (License required), possibility to rent golf clubs at the Golf shop. A restaurant is opening soon. You will have a free parking space at the bottom of the apartment. Other things to note ✨To make your stay even more enjoyable, we offer a few additional services on request: Early check-in or late check-out: possible subject to availability, €15 per additional hour. Additional cleaning during the stay: ideal for longer stays or for added convenience. Catering service: meals prepared by a local professional, upon request for a quote. Golf club rental: clubs available for men and women, perfect for making the most of the nearby Bellême golf course.
