Located on the 1st floor of a peaceful residence (no elevator), this apartment is the perfect choice for a relaxing getaway. ✨ Self-entry: Thanks to a key box, you will be able to access the apartment at the time of your choice, from 3pm. Enjoy two stylish bedrooms, each with its own ensuite. One bedroom on the ground floor with two single beds and one bathroom with shower, and one upstairs bedroom with a double bed and one bathroom with bathtub. The apartment is equipped with electric heating for optimal comfort (note that there is no air conditioning). We are counting on your kindness in winters regarding the heating (do not open the windows with the heater on) A free parking space is available for your use, avoiding the stress of finding a spot. ✨ Prepare your meals at home with a fridge, freezer, stove, electric oven, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, Airfry deep fryer and waffle machine. A dining area with a table and 4 chairs for moments of sharing. Relax in the living room with a large non-convertible sofa and an HDTV equipped with Chromecast (note that there is no antenna for TNT channels). Please note there is no wifi/internet. Cleaning service: A cleaning fee is included, including bed and bath linen laundry. Dishes and refrigerator should be cleaned by the guest. Failure to follow these guidelines may result in additional charges. The beds will be made upon your arrival for your convenience. ✨ For your first night, coffee capsules, tea, sugar, condiments and toilet paper are at your disposal. A restaurant is opening soon. You will have free parking space at the bottom of the apartment.
