Located on the 1st floor of a peaceful residence (no elevator), this apartment is the ideal choice for a relaxing getaway. ✨ Self check-in: Thanks to a key box, you can access the apartment at the time of your choice, from 3 p.m. Enjoy two stylish bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom. One bedroom on the ground floor with two single beds and a bathroom with shower, and one bedroom upstairs with a double bed and a bathroom with bathtub. The apartment is equipped with electric heating for optimal comfort (note that there is no air conditioning). We count on your kindness in winters regarding the heating (do not open the windows with the heating on) A free parking space is available, saving you the stress of finding a space. ✨ Prepare your meals at home with a fridge, freezer, stove, electric oven, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, Airfry fryer and waffle machine. A dining area with a table and 4 chairs for moments of sharing. Relax in the living room with a large non-convertible sofa and HD TV equipped with Chromecast (note that there is no antenna for DTT channels). Please note there is no Wi-Fi/Internet. Housekeeping service: A housekeeping package is included, including laundry for bed and bath linen. Dishes and refrigerator must be cleaned by the guest.
