Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. A double & a single bedroom with private dedicated bathroom within a modern detached house. PLEASE NOTE: Other areas of the house are not included. Perfect for short stays and ideally placed for Poole Town, the Ferry Terminal, Poole Quay with its many restaurants and trips to Brownsea Island, the Jurassic Coast and more. Good choice of restaurants, pubs and shops within easy reach, many by foot Unrestricted on-road parking. The space The price quoted is for the double room only with a maximum of two guest. We have a further single room available for one guest at an extra cost of £15 per night*. The bathroom is exclusively for guest use and is shared between the two guest rooms. *Please note that if there are 2 guests, but you require both rooms then please book for 3 guests, otherwise it will be assumed that only the double room is required. Guest access Tea & coffee available in the bedroom. The remainder of the house is not for guest use. If guests are staying for more than one night we would expect them to be out of the house between 10am & 4pm During your stay We are always pleased to help guests with local information and tips and will provide contact details enabling guests to keep in touch. We love to chat if that is what guests like but also happy to stay in the background.
