The space Condo 309 at Island Beach Resort is on the third floor and overlooks the pool/ocean. It has three flat screen TVs, a king bed in one bedroom and 2 fulls in the other bedroom. Condo 309 has gorgeous ocean views from it's balconies and is a mere one-minute walk to the private beach entrance.
