Garden House - a refuge in the midst of nature! Located in an exclusive condominium surrounded by native forest, our Casa offers the perfect balance between comfort and contact with green. Outdoor dream area: private heated swimming pool, full gourmet space and a charming campfire area for unforgettable nights under the stars. With three bedrooms, it can accommodate up to 8 people and, as it is in a residential condominium, parties and events are not allowed. The space Casa Garden has large and integrated spaces, very green, trees and plants and eventually you can even be graced with the presence of tamarins who like to visit (these are the only ones allowed). We do not accept visitors or service providers who are not on the list, or previously authorized by the host. It has the capacity to comfortably accommodate 08 guests arranged in 3 large bedrooms, as follows: UPPER FLOOR: * 1 suite with double bed, air conditioning, blackout in the curtains, closet (with a children's bed), large bathroom with a delicious and romantic 2-seat hot tub, facing a glass wall with a view to the forest. * 1 bedroom with double bed, closet, blackout in the curtains, TV and conjugated bathroom. * 1 bedroom with 2 single beams, closet, blackout in the curtains, a beautiful rocking chair and a conjoined bathroom. * Kitchen equipped with electric oven, cooktop stove, fridge, microwave, electric oven, ice water filter, nespresso coffee maker, blender, sandwich maker and 4-seat dining countertop. * Gourmet area with skewered barbecue, a sink with wide countertop, lockers, 1 table with 6 seater turntable. * Heated pool (solar heating). * Space with comfortable chairs, swing and campfire * Speedboat ride: Check conditions with the host in advance. Guest access We do not accept visits to the house during guests' stays, whether from friends or family, without prior notice or authorization. The full names of all guests must be provided (with CPF) up to 48 hours before check-in. Access to the condominium is controlled at the entrance, and no one is allowed to enter without authorization. ● The person responsible for the reservation must send a copy of the CPF for authorization to enter the condominium. ● Check-in cannot be performed by third parties. ● We ask that you send an extra phone number of a guest on the list, so that you have a second contact option during the stay. GUESTS: We may admit UP TO 5 visitors to spend ONLY THE DAY WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION TO STAY OVERNIGHT and upon payment of an extra fee of R$ 80.00. The person responsible for the reservation must request authorization and inform the FULL name with CPF for identification and authorization at the condominium entrance. Any breach of the rule is subject to a fine. Other things to note The house is located in a residential condominium that has rules independent of those established in Casa Garden and that must also be complied with. Parties and events are not allowed, and one of the main rules is silence, so the sound and voice control schedule must be strictly adhered to so as not to cause problems with neighbors or the condominium management. Quiet hours are from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. After this time, the sound of music and voices must be stopped. * No prior visits to the house are allowed; * People who are not on the list or who are not previously informed and requested by the host are not allowed to enter; * Service providers are not allowed to enter and stay without prior notice; * Hiring bands or using large speakers is not allowed; * No smoking inside the house;
