The space This property sits right on the banks of the Monongalia River in beautiful Granville, WV! Just minutes outside of downtown Morgantown. Fully renovated in 2024 by the hosts. The property is continually growing with new improvements. Most recently installed is a brand new 10 x 14 cedar pergola overlooking the river. Constructed on a concrete pad, equipped with an outdoor fan, electric and a smokeless pellet fire pit! Guest access The entire house is yours to enjoy when you rent. The full 3 bedroom 1.5 bath home was fully remodeled in 2024 by the hosts. This space offers 2 living rooms (one upstairs and one downstairs), a full kitchen, a dedicated work space, washer/dryer and many more amenities to make you feel right at home. The guest entrance is secured via a door code provided to you with the check in email. Once you enter the property through that entry you can navigate up the stairs to the upper level bedrooms and half bath or down the stairs to the second living room and kitchen. There are two other entrances to the home. One in which you can climb steps into our beautiful sunroom and the other you can descend the steps into the dedicated work space/laundry area. The outside of the home features beautiful scenery along the Mon River, a covered back patio area and a newly constructed cedar pergola with a pellet fire pit facing the river.
