Room with Oceanview and pool in Pt. Blanche. The room overlooks the bay with picturesque view of Pt. Blanche and St. Barth in the distance. There is one main entrance to access the room on the ground floor with its private bathroom and balcony with locked door. There is no access to other parts of the house. Located in a peaceful neighborhood with shop and restaurant 5 min walk away. It is also a 3 minute drive to Great bay marina where they are restaurants ,bars and mega yachts . The space The room has air condition, fan ,fridge, microwave, TV/ Netflix , kettle , coffee/tea , plates and cutlery. Its a quiet and safe neighborhood with parking a step away from your main entrance. . Beautiful sunrise and sounds of birds in the mornings. Shop and Restaurant is located within a 5 min walk and you are 20 min walk away from the heart of Philipsburg, where there are numerous shops, cafes a restaurants, and casinos. Guest access There is access 24/7 to a common pool on the grounds which overlooks the ocean. There is a main door entrance which opens with your code ; where the key to your room will be available upon entering . To lock main door ; press any button for 3 sec. There is no access to other parts of the house. You can access the balcony through sliding glass doors and rolling shutter from your room. During your stay I will be on property most of the times. Other things to note Please use only the digital key to close and open door. Press and hold any key for 3 seconds to lock the door. There will be more information in your room ; such as available ferries and day trips by boat to other islands that depart from Great Bay Marina , Simpson bay and Marigot ferry terminal.
