The space Entire house has three sections. One 2bhk(Both attached) apartment with living room and kitchen in ground floor. Two suit rooms at first floor. Each suit room has an AC bedroom with attached bathroom. In addition a kitchenette with a dining table and sofa set is provided for each suit. One AC room has a queen size double bed. Other Ac room has two single beds with trundle (Bed under bed) bringing the total capacity to four(Please check photographs). For seventh and eighth person the sofas in each suit can be converted into bed. Induction cooker is provided with each kitchenette. There is an event room in the ground floor with stairs leading to another hall and balcony in the first floor. Two covered car parking for 2 SUV. One uncovered parking outside the premise. Other things to note Early check in or late check out is possible only if it doesn't jeopardise the plans of scheduled guests. However there is a lounge in common space which the guests can use at free of cost. No smoking within the apartment as the smell stays and causes difficulty to the succeeding guests. Please follow garbage rules. Clean the premises before you leave. Do not run AC with bed room doors open as it causes blackout due to overload. Please do partying without noises as it is a housing society and neighbours may complain.
