One Bedroom Suite with bathroom & private entrance

La Mansion Azul (The Blue Mansion) is a new property featuring a private 1 bedroom furnished suite with many amenities & all utilities included. Located on Glenmore Rd between Yates Rd & Summit Dr, a perfect spot to explore Kelowna. Properly cleaned & sanitized for a safe & pleasant stay. Kelowna Golf Country Club & plazas are within walking distance. Downtown 10 min, Airport 15 min, bus stops & liquor store nearby. The space This spacious room has a comfortable queen size bed, private bathroom and private entrance. One parking spot at your doorstep. Almost a full kitchen (NO stove/NO oven). We provide a safe electric induction cooktop for you to prepare meals during your stay (check it out on the picture section). Basic utensils, one induction pan and one induction pot provided. It has fridge, microwave, toaster, sink, table/desk with two chairs, single seat sofa, TV with Optik channels, Wifi, bathroom with shower and tub, etc. Sorry, no pets are allowed. Guest access Once you arrive to our home, your home, (it’s the blue house) please proceed to park your vehicle. The parking lot for guests is located on the right side of the blue house. There are two parking spots. You will find your parking spot right next to your suite’s entry door, look out for the white number one painted on the asphalt. Please don’t block nor occupy the other parking spot as it’s assigned to another guest. There is no gate nor fence, just follow the sidewalk to find a white door with an electronic keypad, it has a number 1 sticker. One day before your arrival we will send you the four digit password to open the suite. The door has an electronic numeric keypad. Just input the four digits to unlock the door and to lock it just press the lock icon. Note: there is another suite on the left side of the house with a number 2 sticker on the door, that is NOT your suite. Other things to note On the right side of the house we have a yard & patio that you can use to enjoy the sun, we have chairs for you to sit down and relax. No pets. No smoking 🚭 No drugs.
