You'll have access to resort amenities like a pool, playground & community fire pit. The serene woods & nearby hiking, fishing, & marina with boat rentals—just a minute's drive away—offer both adventure & relaxation. Located within an hour of Louisville, Bardstown & Lexington you can easily explore the Bourbon Trail. The space Start your mornings with a relaxing cup of coffee on the porch, taking in the peaceful ambiance. For a touch of adventure, rent a boat or kayak nearby, explore the multiple scenic hiking trails on the grounds (some leading down to the water.) Or you can enjoy a day out on the Bourbon Trail or a local golf course. The cottage itself is great for families or even a couple’s get away. The back deck is very spacious. We have an open concept kitchen and living room. We provide plenty of games and puzzles to play with. Each bedroom has a TV as well. Whether you're here to relax or explore, our cottage provides the ideal escape for all ages!! Other things to note Resort pool is seasonal. It is a community resort pool that is open Memorial Day through Labor Day. Pool hours are 9am-9pm. Lake views are seasonal and different months show different amounts of water depending on trees. No pets allowed. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction without refund and a minimum cleaning fee of $500
