Family home for guests (shared)

It is an apartment with a family atmosphere, quiet and cozy, located in one of the best areas of the city of Quito, which has all the amenities, ideal for a pleasant short or long stay. In addition, it has 24-hour security, a Metro stop in front of the complex, excellent transportation connections; and, bars, restaurants, shopping malls and also essential services within a 5-10 minute walk. The space It is an apartment with a shared living room, dining room, and kitchen. The bathroom is private for the guest. Guest access Guests can access the laundry room (washer and dryer) which is a private space, however this has an additional price. The green areas and courts are shared by the complex. During your stay Communication is direct and I am always willing to help with any concerns with each of the guests, and also to make recommendations for places that may be of interest. Other things to note This is a spacious and very homely apartment. I like to share with the people who come and become part of the family. Two people live in this house. We are very friendly and quiet, always willing to make the stay the best for the guest who visits us.
