The house contains bathroom/toilet, two bedrooms, kitchen and a living room, serving as a wonderful gathering place for the family. You can enjoy the view of the Kattegat, and it is within walking distance to a very child-friendly beach. There is a large lawn with a trampoline and a play tower with a swing. The space Dear Guest Welcome to our charming property by the sea. We started this new chapter in November 2024 when we moved to the property. We live here with our three children. We moved here from the city because of the peace and quiet that this place and the nature surrounding it offers. We plan to continue to run Lystrup Strand Ferieboliger in the same spirit as the previous owners but of course, we look forward to putting our own touch on the place and the holiday experience. Lystrup Strand Holiday Homes offers 3 apartments located next to each other, all with a first floor. Two of the apartments have 3 rooms with 2 beds in each room, while the third one has two rooms with 2 beds in each room. All apartments have a toilet/bathroom on the ground floor. The kitchen and living room are on the first floor and serve as a lovely gathering place for the family. Additionally, there is a lovely vacation home on the property, which also has a direct sea view. The vacation home has 2 bedrooms as well as all the facilities mentioned above. There are terraces by all the units, each with a dining table/chairs and a barbecue. All units have a washing machine and dishwasher. The property is within walking distance of a very child-friendly beach. There is a large lawn with a trampoline and a play tower with a swing. Lystrup Strand Holiday Ferieboliger is located on a very open plot with only 40 meters to the beach. There is a beautiful view and lovely nature. In addition, the following can be highlighted: • Very child-friendly beach. • Djurs Sommerland (distance - 19 km). • Gammel Estrup – The Danish Manor House Museum (distance - 16 km). • There is an inn nearby (distance - Ørsted, 10 km; Auning, 13 km). • Bønnerup Beach, if you want great food (distance - 23 km). • Fjellerup Beach, where there is a good ice cream shop and mini golf (distance – 14 km). • Lübker Golf Resort (distance - 20 km). • Djurs Golf Club (distance - 16 km). • Randers Regnskov - Tropical Forest (distance - 32 km). • Memphis Mansion (distance - 30 km). • Kattegat Centeret in Grenaa (distance - 37 km). • Aarhus Airport (distance - 32 km). Please note, there is a shooting range on the other side of the road, and there may occasionally be some noise, primarily during the daytime and not during holiday periods such as Christmas, summer holidays, autumn holidays, etc. The are no extra fees or charges for water, heat and electricity consumption. This is included in the sales price. Other things to note If you need to charge your car, Lystrup Strand Ferieboliger has a charging station that you can use. Cleaning is included in the sales price per day. This fee covers the final cleaning, not daily cleaning. Bed linen is required for the duvet, pillow, and bed. It is possible to purchase bed linen for 100 DKK per person (13.5 euros), but you can also bring your own. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed in the apartment, and pets may not lie on the furniture (a fee of 200 DKK or 27 euros per pet). The are no extra fees or charges for water, heat and electricity consumption. This is included in the sales price.
