The space Vacation comfortably in this stunning, three bedroom, two bathroom ocean side cottage with plenty of rooms for your family to spread out and enjoy. From a picturesque panoramic window in the family room to the TV den, family members of all ages will enjoy the comfort that Moon Tide offers. As you enter, there is a large entrance way which leads right into the open concept dining room and kitchen. Table seating for six (additional chairs available in back room) allows everyone to enjoy a lobster dinner all together! Continuing through the kitchen you will be taken back by the views in this family sitting room. Off from the sitting room is a deck with a propane BBQ, outdoor furniture (weather dependent) and a gorgeous view. Outside next to the seawall are Adirondack chairs, hammock, and a solo stove. Back inside, you will find an office space with a table if you're needing to work while vacationing or use this space as overflow sleeping (twin air mattresses OR queen air mattress available). The large office room shares a space with the washer and dryer. There is one bathroom with a shower on the main floor as well. Moving upstairs you will find the master bedroom (Queen bed) again with those ocean views! Moving down the hall is the "kids room". This room has four bunk beds. Our disclaimer is that although these are twin sized bunks and a smaller adult could fit, they really are intended for the comfort of a child. Two of the four bunks do require a higher than usual climb to reach the bed. These bunks are made up with temperature appropriate LLBean sleeping bags. Further down the hall is a beautifully relaxing, full bathroom with a nice deep soaking tub. The last room down the hall is a charming King bedroom. The sunlight throughout the house will leave you feeling warm and relaxed. Bedrooms do have light darkening shades, extra floor fans, and the house is heated if the air is crisp! Guest access The whole home is available to you. You will be given a specific key code to access the house during your stay. Other things to note Please note that bunk beds are intended for children. Two of the four bunks are high and do require climbing a ladder. Bunks are equipped with quality, and weather appropriate sleeping bags. Pets are not permitted.
