Valentine Cottage, Aylsham

Valentine cottage is a delightful grade II property that sleeps 4 (2 doubles), located in the historic market town of Aylsham in a quiet conservation area. The property is dog safe with a large enclosed garden, has secure storage for bikes and has a washing machine and tumble dryer for after those muddy adventures as well as being beautifully warm and cosy to come back to after a days exploring. 3 minutes walk into the popular market town centre which boasts many good eateries and bars. The space Ground floor consists of a walk in shower room with toilet and hand basin. Fully fitted kitchen with all essential equipment, a dining table that seats four. Living room with a three seater and two seater sofa, coffee tables, table lamps and TV and DVD player. First floor consists of two double bedrooms both with double beds. Wardrobes, chest of drawers, bedside tables with lamps and one bedroom room has a TV. Guest access The whole house is yours to use and treat as home from home with a fully enclosed garden just across from the back door, across the shared access which is only used by one other home, this allows children pets to roam freely and safely, we just ask you to put dogs on leads to cross the access. There is also a lockable shed for anyone bringing bicycles or other outdoor equipment to store safely. Other things to note Please note that the property does not have its own parking. I advise guests to park at either the top or bottom of the lane the cottage is on. Alternatively all the parking in town is free and only a few minutes walk from the cottage. The cottage is self catering so I do not leave a welcome pack of any foods or drink, this is due to personal preference and allergies. I do supply all bedding, towels, tea towels, dish cloths and kitchen detergent. Hand soap in kitchen and bathroom room, toilet paper, toilet cleaner and toilet brush.
