This particular AC bed room listed here is suitable for two but has enough space for a third person and we can arrange a mattress if informed prior to booking. Small family of 3 is ok. The property is close to the famous Ramoji Film City, (A Premier Theme Park and Tourist Destination in India ) you can reach it within half an hour and the distance is within 20 km. Suitable for Singles, bachelors, students, or small families of 2 to 3, the listing includes necessities in the bedroom such as a queen bed, chair, wooden rack for a laptop so that you can work or study remotely, and a water dispenser. Please note that it does not have any facilities for cooking & there is no separate kitchen BUT for longer stays, we can provide an induction stove and some basic utensils needed for it. The room has many racks in it and is large enough to accommodate the utensils etc. Please note that the bathroom is located externally, It has a western toilet. The huge garden can be shared with other guests or tenants, and you are welcome to park your vehicle inside the premises as well. The house is located 500 metres away from Hyderabad-Vijayawada highway, so close that u can walk to the bus stop. It is about 5 km to the metro station so you can plan your travel trips, etc. with ease and economically. You can find malls, hotels, hospitals, retail shops, supermarkets, etc. within a radius of 500 meters of our house. You can easily book cabs or order from swiggy not that we don't have good eateries nearby, actually there is Paradise Hotel nearby if you fancy a chicken biryani or if you are vegetarian then there is the famous Subbayi Gari hotel for you! For kids, there is KFC and McDonald's nearby. (All within the radius of 2 to 5 km) We do allow small gatherings or parties, BUT enquire before conducting any so that we may inform other guests or tenants about the same and it should cause any inconvenience to them.
