Between Harz and Weserbergland you will find a beautiful apartment, which is characterized among other things by its location, high-quality amenities and furnishings. In 2024, we renovated this apartment with a lot of love for detail. The apartment consists of an inviting entrance area with a wardrobe and the possibility to charge e-bikes and store them safely. A fully equipped kitchen is located on the upper floor, which you can reach via a staircase. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, stove with oven, fridge-freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and toaster. Dish soap and various consumables are provided. In the bedroom you will find a spacious double bed (2.00 m × 2.00 m), which invites you to dream. A large wardrobe, a desk and a smart TV complete the bedroom. We will gladly provide a travel bed if desired. The living room invites you to linger with its cozy furnishings. In addition to a dining table, there are two sofas and a smart TV. The sofas are equipped with a sleeping function and a generous lying surface of 1 m × 2 m and have a spring core that allows a restful sleep. The adjoining balcony can be reached through the living room. From here you have a fantastic view of the Leine Valley and Greener Castle. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in rainwater shower. A washing machine, hairdryer and toilet are also available in the bathroom. Towels, dishtowels and WiFi are available free of charge. Our apartment is a non-smoking apartment. There is an ashtray on the balcony. Pets by arrangement. Arrival and departure Arrival is by arrangement. On the day of departure, we ask our guests to vacate the apartment by 11 am at the latest. When you leave, the apartment should look the same as you found it. Contactless check-in and check-out by numerical code at the front door, which will be sent one hour before arrival. Parking is available on our farm and free of charge.
