Cozy mini-villa near sports center, lake and forest

Welcome to our cozy and modern mini-house, "Lilla Vita huset". 5 minutes by car or bus (number 1) to the Sports Center, 10-minute walk to the lake, 2 minutes to the grocery store. The house is located on the back of the host's plot and a small fenced lawn and wooden patio are outside the house. Included are bed linens, towels, toilet paper and coffee. Please read the House Rules before booking. The space The mini civil is located on the backside of the host's residential home and the small lot outside the tiny house is fenced. The accommodation is 25 square meters and is open plan. The bedroom has a double bed, 160 cm, bed linen included. The bed can be converted into 2 single beds (let us know in advance if you want to split the beds). The living room area has a 3-seater sofa (which is great for sleeping in) and a 32-inch TV with Chromecast. The kitchen is equipped with induction stovetop, oven, microwave, stove, fridge, small freezer compartment and coffee maker. Coffee, tea and o'boy is included such as spices, olive oil, baking paper, grill foil, freezer bags, dish soap, tea towel, dish brush and dish cloth. There are 2 chairs and a folding table. There is an open closet for hanging clothes and drawers underneath for storage. There are also drawers under the bed that can be used for storage. Board games are available to borrow. The bathroom has a toilet, sink and shower. There is shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand soap, toilet paper, large towels and small towels. The house has underfloor heating. There is a wooden balcony outside the house where there is patio furniture and a grill. The price per night is inclusive of everything, nothing extra applies. In Katrineholm there are shops, restaurants, bakery, cafes, pharmacy, medical center, padel halls, Sportcentrum, etc. There is a nice 18-hole golf course that takes about 15 minutes by car. Kolmården Zoo, Parken Zoo, Smultronstedet and Skärgårdsvåfflan takes about 1 hour by car. In the residential house live the host's family and a pomeraniantik and a white cat. Final cleaning is included in the price but we are grateful if you throw away garbage and dishes before checkout. Car can be parked on the street outside the grounds. A house manual is located in the house with, among other things, Wi-Fi password and other instructions and information.
