The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, range, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, and many other kitchen essentials.. The bathroom includes a shower/tub combo, making it perfect to relax after a long day of exploring! A washer and dryer in unit is included! All smart TV’s allow you to sign into any streaming services that you have access to at home! Just sign in with your current TV provider or username and password and you are ready to watch your favorite shows, sports and movies! Cable service is not provided. 5 minutes to The Wave Venue 3 minutes to St Francis Hospital 9 minutes to Wesley Hospital PLEASE NOTE: -Guests are not allowed to make a reservation in their city of residence. Guests with a 316 area phone number will be required to submit their drivers license upon approval. If there is a local address on the drivers license, the booking will be cancelled. No exceptions. -We only accept bookings from individuals aged 25 and older. Bookings made by anyone under the age of 25 will not be accepted. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property! There is driveway parking to the east of the home. Other things to note The upstairs bedroom has a window AC unit to help with cooling! This property does not allow pets.
