Cozy Surbiton Cottage

A peaceful cottage- the perfect base to escape London but not too far out of the action! Surbiton Station is a 20 min walk or you can catch the regular bus to get there in 3 mins. From there, you’re less than 20 minutes from central London. If you fancy staying local, you have great walks, pubs and the river Thames all in walking distance. Enjoy: - beautiful private garden - well equipped kitchen - comfy sitting room with open fire - cosy double bedroom - private bathroom incl bath! The space This is our main home so we do have our furnishings and belongings throughout the house. We welcome guests and hope they make themselves at home but we kindly ask that you take care. Downstairs: guests have access to all areas. - sitting room with large TV and comfy sofa - dining room with dining table and views over the garden - kitchen which is well equipped - garden is south west facing with comfy seats to enjoy in sun in the summer months Bedroom (first floor): - very comfy bed - two large windows provide lots of natural light but with blackout blinds for a great night sleep. - chest of drawers and wardrobe so you have lots of storage - lockable Bathroom (first floor): - great size with large bathtub - shower fitting over bath with good water pressure - large window We politely ask guest to stay to these rooms only.
